Star trails captured at Zimanga Game Reserve in South Africa. Over 460 x 30 second images were taken at the edge of the game lodge from around 10pm until 3:30am. The images were stacked as layers in Photoshop and used a blending mode of 'Lighten' to bring through the stars brightness creating the circular trails. As a first attempt at this technique, I was delighted with the resulting image and love how different the star trail colours are.
